I agree. That's just too much house to care for, and the heating bills I bet are more scary vs the ghost. lol
And then you have to deal with the Historic Registry people to do ANY little change on those kinds of houses, which are sure to be on the Registry.

Hmm...Second Empire style... haunted...must be the Addams summer home.
Ever since spending my summers at my grandpa's 1880's folk Victorian house, I've wanted a Victorian of my own, and have done some study regarding the architectural styles, etc. Second Empire style is my second least-favorite Victorian style, though, so I'd probably pass.
