"Fatal Error: Unable to initialize on-demand patching and connect to Patch Server"

Getting this this morning:

"Fatal Error: Unable to initialize on-demand patching and connect to Patch Server: The connection was idle for too long."

Tried rebooting, Safe Mode, full screen and windowed, changing DNS, and Force verify -- multiple computers having same issue. We get the launcher, it shows the Cryptic Logo, then nothing until that error finally appears.

    Anything? Anything we can try? Still having the issue hours later on multiple computers.
