D'kel support assigment missing

Ive only had a problem as this time in D'kel with the support assignment missing with my KDF. I have a KDF aligned Romulan and he gets the assigment but it doesnt show for my KDF and yes cooldown timer is gone. They both got Afeirr eariler so right now its just my KDF not getting it in D'kel.

I heard someone call in doffcalls that Fed D'kel was up, wondering if all Rom are Fed aligned after S10 release

    sometimes its missing in some instances, you need to be in an instance that has it, that's why they call the instance as well in there
    anyway, doffing is a mess right now
