Day 4 Server Crashing On Startup

Howdy all,
Well it is now day 4 of server crashing on THE ICONION WAR LOGO. It says MATERIAL FILES RELOADED then crashes and then I get this!

FATAL ERROR: DIRECT 3D DRIVER RETURENED ERROR CODE
(DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) WHILE CHECKING SYNC QUERY

TECHNICAL DETAILS: SYNC QUERY 11 0X2012BE40 GETDATA == 0X887A00050
NF 0
D3D11 DEVICE REMOVED DUE TO DXGI_ERROR_HUNG 0X887A006

I have tried everything to fix this on my end and nothing works. I have tried uninstslling ARC and reinstalling deleting ARC installing LAUNCHER by itself, FORCE VERIFY and SAFE MODE like I said nothing works. I have sent TICKETS in and posted here in FORUMS several times about this issue. I know there has been 3 server maintances but this issue is not being fixed. I know there are a lot of people not able to play since SEASON 10 launch. I feel this issue is being ignored why is it taking so long to be fixed. I am to the point of stop playing for good just please fix this issue.

    Hello Everyone,

    I am also having the same issues with Startup. I will get to the Iconian Logo and the game crash and I get the following:

    I know you are doing your best to get this resolve, but in the meantime, I am missing out on the weekly event for Delta recruits. Can you please fix the problem or instruct me what to do. I also put in a ticket and still no response.

    Good morning,

    I used another (different) computer to get on and it's worked thus far. I had my Federation Science Command ship active at the time of the Season 10 update and got the crash issues. On the other computer, I switched to an older ship (a Saber class escort), then shut down the game. On the old computer (the one with the startup problem), I loaded another game client to get the game to wor as well as deleting STO and reloading via the clent. I also updated DirectX. After reinstallation I able to get the game to shut down and reload twice without issues. The third time, I got on and switched back to my Science Command ship and shut down the game. When I started the game then, it suddenly started crashing again like before and wouldn't stop.

    I wonder if this might be a bug related to whatever ship is active. I also thought about what my custom audio, video, game controller settings were relative to the default settings. There's no indication that this Season 10 update is now incompatible with many of our PC's as the basic requirements are still met per their Sys Req notes.

    We should hit the live support team on this heavily and insist that they fix this problem. I've played too long to quit now.
