Iconian Reputation Battlezone?

Just curious if anyone heard of any rumors about a battlezone in the works for the new Iconian Resistance Reputation?

New Romulus, Voth BZ (space adventure and ground), Undine BZ. All came out at the same time as the season that their specific reputation came out, not months after the fact. It's too big a thing to just leave out even for a delay.
Anyways, that's Cryptic's track record with Battlezones. I haven't seen them officially announce Iconian War BZ as even in the works. And for them to release one long after the Rep has released is rather pointless. We won't see a BZ for Iconian War but it will be more FE's and queued instances. That's my take, anyways.
Honestly, Battle Zones are my favorite thing in STO, I would love to see a couple more of them. Judging by how many players I usually see in Battle Zones, I don't think I'm alone in that.
It doesn't seem likely that a BZ will come 'after the fact' but I'm hoping that it will. I think they do a really good job on Battle Zones.
If one does turn up it would be more likely season 11 but to be honest I'm not expecting one. they retconed in some marks and things to bug hunt, battle of korfez and into the kobali adventuire zone as those are iconian allies.
Im not even sure we need another battle/adventure zone just yet. we have quite a few. they dont need to do the exact same thing every season in my opinion.
The Kobali BZ also rewards Iconian Marks & Elite Marks ... but if an Iconian BZ would be "around the corner", they probably wouldn't have done that ...

Ionian elite marks? I ran Bug Hunt Elite and choose Iconian marks bit still got the ancient power cells.
Yes the "Kobali BZ" rewards 2 Iconian Elite Marks (per day) as well ... "Bug Hunt" is probably bugged, haven't tried myself ....
A new multi-mark space bz would be nice, as it stands i think the only one is undine in the dyson sphere (and its hellafun i dont know why it gets a bad rap)
Nope. Ran some missions on Kobali and was just given Delta marks, even though the reward stated a choice of marks.

I think this may actually be why there is no Iconian Battlezone. The whole crux of the war is that the Iconians can show up anywhere at any time. Having a fixed battlezone area runs counter to this. The other reputations (mostly) have a reason for the enemy to be in a certain location over an extended period of time: Nukara is a planet with a suitable environment for the Tholians, Voth are after Omega Molecules, Undine are after control of the Dyson Sphere, Vaadwaur are trying to reclaim their people from Kobali Prime (can't really account for the Borg on Defera). But the Iconians seem to be much more hit and run across multiple locations, so where would we have a fixed battleground?
Edit: I will admit I had hoped the deepspace encounters would be changed to fighting of Iconian incursions, as this would make more sense given their tactics, and replacing the Borg Red Alerts with Iconian ones would make sense as well.

I got enough marks to get to Tier 1 done. By doing the Kobali ground zone. If I see no story or something. I will pass it, just like the other boring Reps. So far the Dyson and Romulan Reps are the best.

In which case, like Defera, why not give us the Iconian invading any planet...have them at Starfleet Academy, etc as an optional beam-in.
Agreed. I don't do PVE for a multitude of reasons. BZ I do....not very well.....but at least the lag doesn't cause a team failure, only my own!
It was late last night, but without the daily I think the Kobali missions offer 6 marks . . . I thought it was a mistake, maybe I was dreaming.
I only pugged some normal Queues, but ...
BoS : ~10 Marks
Herald Sphere ~5 Marks
Grethor : ~7 Marks
... so afaik it's "above average" (especially with Time/Effort-Ratio) :P
But I was never crazy about those Battle Zones... yeah I grinded to get the marks and stuff but once I was done, I never wnated to go back to those places personally
And yes, a Battlezone for the Iconians makes little sense if they are supposedly so powerful and can appear anywhere
Battle zones suggest to me fighting over territory where two or more opposing forces are trying to slow each other's advance or gain more territory
The Iconians should be steamrolling through the galaxy, not being locked up in one part of the map
Meh isn't the Herald Sphere (Queue) basically just a "Mini-BZ" ... and didn't the Iconians just drop a giant "stationary" Sphere next to the Iconia System ... does it make sense ? ... I dunno ... but they could easily turn the Herald Sphere into another Adventure / Battle - Zone ...
