Items in Exchange missing

So i went online after update and after a brief look around whats new i checked my exchange...

there are at least 4-6 items missing with no mail with sold message nor a item sale expired mail

highest price item missing is a elachi crescent turret mk xii [crtd]x3

    Look for said items using the Rank of 'Lieutenant' and see if they show up for you then. (If so, it's a known bug they haven't fixed yet -- if not you need to open an in game GM ticket.)

    I brought this up in the item update thread, but it just went plain ignored. The Exchange rank classifications need to be fixed for most R&D created gear.

    I have the same problem. All 40 items I had in the exchange are missing, ranging from 20.000 EC up to almost 5.000.000EC.

    I hope they will be able to fix this. :mad:

    I have the same problem. A lot of valuable items missing in the exchange. Also a returned item missing icon and I cannot get back from mail.:mad:

    If you have not done so, please file a Support Ticket at https://support.arcgames.com/, and include what items are missing if you can.

    We are investigating.
