turning tovan kiev into a skill book

You can turn this required boff into a skill book by the following

1. claim delta boffs and commission all 3

2 claim a reman boff commission him

3. convert tovan keiv into a skill book after intro quests.

    You can trade him to any Fed or Klingon less than level 50

    So basically all their excuses have been total BS like we all thought.

    Better get to getting rid of him before some crack team of bug squashers gets on it.

    If the devs made him a purple boff with both Romulan traits, all the complaints would stop. You don't see people throwing out the Fed boff even if possible because she's actually useful.

    not if we couldn't rename him. As long as he is Tovan Khev he must die.

    I hope the devs fix this and add Tovan back to everyone so newbies aren't suckered into breaking scripting for the story missions.

    I'm so happy I can get rid of Tovan. He's such a charmer and was stealing my all male bridge crew away from me.

    I just couldn't deal with having to share my lovely smooth shaven and strong jawed space men with another man.

    No. There are more reasons we do not want Khev. If there was a female Khev option with optimal stats, there still would be reasons. If there was additionally a Reman Khev option on top of that, there would still be reasons.

    Some of us don't want him just because he's mandatory.

    That is rather vague and it took me a bit to realize what you were getting at, I think.

    1. Create a new Romulan Republic character

    2. Claim the bridge officers from the Delta Operations pack in the c-store then commission them to your crew

    3. Claim a Liberated Borg Reman bridge officer from the c-store (from the Romulan Starter pack for example) and commission him to your crew

    4. At this point your bridge officer slots are full so when you finally get Tovan Khev to join your crew he is placed into your reserve roster in the stations tab instead

    5. With Tovan in your reserve roster you're able to turn him into a training manual or, as someone suggested, mail him to yourself and claim him on a character lower than level 49

    I'm just guessing here. If you're going to file a bug report you need to be as specific as possible.

    I don't think he is saying it's a bug well not one he wants to report.

    He's basically found a exploit(work around) on how to get rid of him.

    Do you have proof that I do? Because you can check out each and every one of their Gateway pages. Every single one of my 49 crews has at least one non-Tovan Khev male.

    Here, I'll even help you by listing every one of their names with my @handle so you yourself can view them in Gateway.

    Yes. I told the LDS missionaries I've been praying every day. I have not. I feel very bad about it. Though I'm a godless heathen, so w/e.

    Also, I'm defensive with everything because I'm insecure. What's your point? Do you honestly care so much about what someone's crew is made of? Do you think that might somehow discredit my argument...?
