Mindscape completion bug

So it appears this is a fairly common occurrence, and probably one that should have been fixed ages ago.
I can't complete Mindscape. I've ran it three times. I've taken my time through it, read every little bit of dialogue, watched every excruciatingly painful-to-watch cutscene and by the time I hit 'leave system' after being told I did a good job, I'm back to 'Begin: Mindscape' on my screen.
This is the first time I've run across this issue, but as I mentioned before, apparently other people have been having this issue on and off since the whole Delta Rising-bestest-expansion-EVAR-everybody-loves-it nonsense came out.
