Kuvah'Magh crashes game on beam down

I have tried several different times since last Tuesday to complete the episode, but nothing works. I have tried solo, teamed, safe login, normal, dropped the mission several times, even went back and did the one before it then came back to it. Nothing has worked. It crashes on beam down, then forces me to use Task Manager to clear the error, game, and Arc before I can restart. Each time this happens, it also verifies before allowing me to relog. My toon is a fed, alien, delta recruit.

    I am reposting this due to it's on the 3rd page, I have filed numerous reports, and still no one has responded or acknowledged my issue. I am beginning to think I am the only one with this problem. I have done everything except uninstall STO and reinstall it.

    I am still being kicked out. Can someone please address this issue. I have heard from no one. I have sent in multiple reports, in game bug re4ports, posted here, posted on FB...still nothing. I am not someone that usually ranys, but this is insane!! I can not progress on my Delta character!

    I uninstalled the game and Arc, reinstalled, and it now seems to be working. I have finally beamed down to the planet.

    1) I don't see any mention in the various threads you've replied to, that indicates you have updated your video drivers. Please do so, as out-of-date display drivers can cause a huge number of issues, including crashes like these.

    I'm having trouble finding a good universal "How To" link, as the method is slightly different depending upon what sort of video card you have. However, this might get you started: http://www.wikihow.com/Find-and-Update-Drivers
