Zen charge for previously owned zen-store ship

Some time ago, I spent some of my saved up Zen on the Tactical Escort Retrofit. All but one of my Fed Tac captains still have ship. The one that doesn't seems to be having an issue with Command.

Due to ongoing loadout issues, he decided to dismiss the ship yesterday, planning to reclaim one from the Zen store, and see if that would solve the problem. Now, however, there is a 2000 Zen charge attached to that ship, as opposed to the 0 charge for all the other ships I previously bought. This problem seems to extend to all the captains on my account.

I have submitted a ticket, but I was wondering if anyone else might be having similar issues.

    did you originally purchase that ship w/either:

    1) 600 Veteran Token?
    2) preF2P VA Token?

    both of those were 1 use tokens & unlocks.

    There is a bug where zen store ships vanish from your account and you cannot reclaim the ship. But good luck getting it fixed. Even with proof they won’t acknowledge it. I gave up after years of trying and so have a lot of other people.

    In my case I had the Excelsior and despite proof I used to be able to reclaim the ship they refused to fix the problem.

    No, I actually bought the ship with Zen. Predictably though, Cryptic is claiming that their records don't show I ever bought it. Shocker!

    Same thing with me, Same ship i think as well. Was the tac escort with cloaking device. 1500 or 2000 zen I think. I bought that one and my wife bought the Vulcan ship. Only she can reclaim her ship and I cant claim mine.
