Bonus CXP Week bar not moving to tier II

Just leveled up from tier I to tier II and the bar indicates I'm refilling tier I again. I can't tell if this is just a text error or a system problem.

    Are You Talking about the Global Bar? Or the Status Bar for a specific Commendation Pool?

    The same bar on the hud no matter which character you play under "show delta recruit details" tab labeled unlock bonus cxp week

    Just making sure, as Mine is showing 23% Between Tier 1 and Tier Two.

    Yes. When I leveled up it reset showing the same values as before, not tier 2 and 3. I hope its a typo

    We have only unlocked Tier 1. We never unlocked Tier 2 as far as I know.

    The global bar shows progress of all Delta recruit characters on the servers per a given week. Current goals that are being fulfilled by completing Doff assignements started Thursday (thus replacing the previous week's goals and progress) and were circa 50% towards Tier 2 last I looked.

    Previous week, we reached 84% towards Tier 3, thus granting us this week of double xp.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    Yesterday we were around 85% full on Tier 1 when I was playing. Today it is 29% full on Tier 1. It stands to reason we reached 100% on Tier 1 while I was offline and instead of rolling to Tier 2, it reset back to Tier 1.

    Yes Correct. Since Maybe I'm not being Clear Enough here is a "diagram" to help. Since I suck at wording.

    It was progressing to Tier 2 when I played. Is it possible you had the bar parly covered or something to mistake it for Tier 1 again?
