Delta Recruit Trait Error

I have a Klingon Engineer Alien Delta Recruit I accidentally claimed the temporal trait from the store (Had already unlocked it with a romulan delta recruit) and so then it tried to claim it when the klingon reached half way and now I cannot claim anything cause it is still trying to claim th temporal trait and failing then trying to claim it again.

    Here's to hoping we get a fix for this, it's the only thing stopping me from resuming progress on my Reman recruit. I'd settle for losing the traits permanently on that character, if need be, so long as I can complete the remaining story arc account-wide unlocks. :(

    Same issue here. I raised an in-game ticket #3,356,025 and sent it by pm to crypticfrost (assuming that's still the right thing to do).

    Getting this message every thirty seconds or so:
    [5:28] [System] [GroupProjectCollectionFeedback] Failed to collect rewards for "Complete Half of Klingon Story Arcs". Make sure that you have room in your inventory.

    oddly am not getting any error with claiming the vigilance reward just the halfway through story reward

    Having had no success moving past this bug, I've elected to re-roll my affected character. Assuming the trait isn't automatically granted (which it shouldn't be), I should be able to avoid this bug on my next playthrough.

    With that said, a response from the Cryptic team about this issue would still be greatly appreciated.

    At the risk of annoying the devs, I've also mailed @crypticfrost (as well as Trendy, just to make sure someone reads it).

    I'm at level 43 of my second toon and this is happening. Seriously considering re-rolling it but I can wait for an answer.
