No reward for Cardassian Struggle?

Text of bug report 3358306:

"Character Arthwen@sthom1968; Delta recruit. Completed Cardassian Struggle storyline, claimed reward via "recruit" window, showed in fly-in text as claimed, shows as claimed in "recruit window", but no reward box has appeared in inventory."

Posting it here as I have yet to see a bug report answered in game, let alone resolved.

    Story Arc rewardpacks don't appear in your inventory. They are automatically opened, and applied to your current Mark/Dil/EC pools directly.

    Bort, what about the bug that if you claim the space trait a second time via the delta ui, you get an endless message, which repeats every 30 seconds? Are you aware of this? My romulan and multiple other players are getting these messages now...endless.

    Shouldn't we still get something in chat or fly-in text to tell us the details of the reward? I just had the "claimed" text, but no specifics. Couldn't see any difference in the numbers in my inventory either.
