I have just completed the full story arc for the Delta Recruit rewards claimed the improved temporal trait and photonic officer, When going to traits and checking that the improved version was slotted i am only showing the 1 copy of the trait and its not the improved version.

    Seems to have resolved itself maybe lag maybe the fact that i logged out and back in.
