Mission- researcher rescue- ancient claims

for Delta mission.

You are supposed to collect an iconian artifact, however all that is there is a dead body,near the bushes. Which when you scan it, say " killed by gorn." searched the bushes and surrounds. no artifact.
Repeating the mission currently.

ok located it, when you turn off the shield generator with the override panel behind it. head back to the dome by the left trail.
it's behind a tree at location 572 1 1072

you have to actually be near the override panel to get the correct reading, otherwise you get the body.

    You can also just use the scan key(default v) to scan for the artifact.

    I still can't find it. Whenever I hit the "v" key to scan, it always takes me back to the dead body. I simply cannot find it anywhere. And where did the OP get those coordinates? The ground map doesn't have any coordinate system.

    In any case, still can't find it.

    Its quite simple actually, there is 1 beacon where they spawn again and again, at that beacon, use your scan and it will show you where to go.

    to find the map cooridinates type in :

    /showcampos 1

    or

    /loc

    I wish they fixed it so once you click on the body it no longer shows up on "Scan" for the person who clicked it. Same for the Delta items... it's hard to track down resource nodes when the scan keeps pointing you back to items you had clicked... or give us an option to ignore that item from the scan.
