Romulan/Reman Delta Recruits can't finish Learn/Collect objectives

The Learn/Collect objectives for Romulan/Reman KDF members contains the quest "Alpha" as one of the Delta Technology objectives. This is a mission from the Klingon episode "Vigilance". As far as I'm aware, there is no way to get this episode as a Romulan/Reman. Although it doesn't prevent players from Getting the Temporal Negotiator, it just seems really bizarre that this was included in the Romulan/Reman objectives.

    If you team up and do the mission with a regular kdf who has access to it then I think you can get it.

    I was wondering about that myself. Thanks for the teaming tip, I'll have to try that. With that being said, seems like a pretty bad oversight to put a mission in there that can't be achieved as a single player.
