Hot Pursuit Trait activation

I activated the hot pursuit trait, but it is not appeared in the list. And also not listed in the inventory anymore. So simpl

    Update:

    I tried with another HP trait pack. It says, I have it already.... But still not on the list.

    Skill retrait solved the problem.
