Unable to replay Uneasy Alliance.

When I click hail on the event window from the journal, I do not get the option to accept or decline the mission.
Rather I get a set of dialogue from inside the mission.
Specifically the distress call from VanZyl.
This does not give me the mission nor am I able to enter a mission instance.
Continuing the dialogue does nothing.
Logging out does not fix this.

    Able to get at the mission from the Episodes -> Feature Episodes tab.
    But the original bug remains.

    But now they changed the featured episode and I can't replay it or pick it up.
