Zen Purchase not showing

Greetings,

I made a recent purchase for a small amount of Zen, and i am still waiting for it to hit my account. transaction has processed on my end and from my card, but noting in game. Purchase was made just prior to the server crash issues last night. (screen capture of completed transaction in link/pic below)

    Any way someone can look into this since your ticket system is not working to submitt it under normal parameters?

    Porblem corrected through live help.
