Bug: Uneasy alliances (Post patch fixes)

Not an utterly game breaking one but still an issue.

Explanation:
I had fallen foul of the colimiter room death bug of last night. After patching I logged in and found myself in orbit around Hobus, with no continue option. But as you can see the mission computer was defiantly certain I needed to be at Hobus.

In fact as I'd paid attention to the chatter on the forums and in fleet channel I knew flying to Nopeda would give me a door to carry on the mission. This was the case, with the mission location being highlighted on the mini-map in sector space.
However the mission tracker was giving me the option to transwarp to Hobus again.

    Aaaand a new one:
    When fighting the Heralds half my away team are still locked in a stationary position, the same one they were when entering the colimeter room.

    There's also some continuity bugs, which aren't issues, just figure I should point them out:

    1: Why is VanZyl tagging along on the away team and who gave her permission?

    2: When approaching the first encounter with Taris, as you run down the corridor you can see the console she's working at, but there's no one there,

    Still stuck in this room after fighting from the hallway. Once all the enemies are defeated I entered the room and got "Defeat Naval Officers" as next objective... there are no enemies in this room and all doors are sealed.

    I should now be able to interact with the consoles near the central area.

    there is a bit of a workaround


    beam out after you die, then head to Psi Verlorm to Nopala... beam down there and you'd progress a little bit. Then if the Sela bug kicks in, beam out and beam back in and story is complete.
