upgraded item, cannot claim

I upgraded my Adapted Maco space shield to MK xiV. It completed and i cannot claim it. Changed maps, went to space then ground. switched ships. Logged in and out. Cannot claim it. :confused:

    They are patching tonight see if that has any fixes... (Who knows, it might)

    Also Frost will probably need your "CharacterName@Handle".

    Tried again this morning after the patch. Still cannot claim my Adapted Maco Shield MK XIV. I have a spare MK XII that was on another ship, not sure if that is causing it the issue. I tried putting it on a different ship, I switched ships to a totally different loadout. I changed to space and ground and logged multiple times.

    Character is Joel@N5XTR

    any help is appreciated.

    This may sound weird but, do you have an 'Overflow Bag' button at the bottom of your inventory window? If so open it and remove all items. Then try claiming your upgraded gear again. (If the bag won't open you'll need to completely exit the game and relaunch it.)

    No overflow bag button. Still cannot claim the shield. I upgraded the adapted maco deflector to mk XIII and i was able to claim it.

    I am about to try and upgrade the other adapted maco shield and see what happens.

    Upgraded the other to MK XIII and claimed it but still cannot claim the MK XIV.
