    Add my IP address to the list. On ATT Uverse in the U.S. I guess Cryptic doesn't want me playing any of their games any longer. Of well.

    I launched the GameClient directly, but the game just says connection to the account server timed out.

    I'm on comcast in NC, and it's not working. I don't think it's an ISP thing because another guy in Michigan has comcast and his works fine. It would really be nice to know wtf is going on here.

    I am having the same issue.

    I am on the West Coast of the US (California). My ISP is Time Warner.

    "You may not log in from this IP address."

    I am having the same issue, I was one away on my toon. I hope they give us a chance to finish since we got locked out. :( I had been away a long time and was enjoying my return *sigh.

    Time Warner is Comcast.

    I think PW is doing something sketchy, because before I had the log in problem I got a few outbound packet warnings from Malwarebytes. Which it blocked. Then PW no longer liked my IP address...

    Thank Q this is a huge new bug. I was afraid I got permabanned for some reason.

    lol I thought I got banned too, wtf is going on? I used some tool on STOacademy to transfer a costume, but it didn't break the TOS at all, just saved me time copying a costume over.

    Hey everyone! Got word of the problems going on. I drove back to my house so that I could terminal in and start trying to get a resolution. Talking with the teams.

    Played just several hours ago. I was afraid I got banned because I'm too sexy for STO.

    I bet a disgruntled employee IP banned everyone. That would make me laugh for days.

    I doubt it's PWE doing anything sketchy or malicious, I'd be hard-pressed to believe they'd do something that stupid. But it is interesting that this happens after Twitch is compromised. Within the past few days, I received an email from Twitch letting me know my account (among many others) had possibly been compromised and that I'd be prompted to set up a new password on log-in (among other things like Twitter, FB & YT links having to be redone) I haven't bothered yet, I only use the account for following STO livestreams, but it does make me wonder if the two are connected.

    Not being able to connect to a game suddenly is not a conspiracy theory folks. Just be patient and stay calm (if possible.)
