    I have time warner road runner as well is there anyone else that has TWC could be an ISP thing.

    This is not really fair. I just paid for Zen. Now i don't even know it it went Threw on game. or they just took my dam money.

    same having problem west cost since 7:00PM. Submitted a ticket and got they replay they are being over flowed with complaints.

    Maybe theres issue with that fraud prevention thing of thier thats seems to always be on the blink :confused:

    Using vpn seem to be working, might be US issue

    Having the same issue with my cryptic games, but only with cryptic based games.

    Got in just fine, I wonder if this is a new symptom of the cogent problem? Cause that hasn't affected me either

    Just logged in with no problems at all. Which means the issue either hasn't arrived here yet. Or this issue is a little more specific than that.

    I am also unable to log in - same message "You may not log in from this IP address."
    Cryptic Account Guard has been prompting me to register a new browser every time I access the Beta server, from same PC and browser, since late last week.

    I think this might be a US only issue since ive not heard or read of anyone outside the US having this same problem.

    Could be wrong though
