  If I remember right your toon has to be a certain level 10 I think before the perks kick in or some of them, also in the c store is a reclaim for lifer perks try them.

  • Classified Access Codes
  • Title - Career Officer

  
  In Promotions I have the "First Time Buyer Pack".

  Once you hit the proper lvl all your LTS Rewards will become active. Once they do your bonus Costume slots can be accessed through the tailor. Once you have your other costume slots filled you can switch between costumes at anytime by right clicking on your Name in the top left and clicking on Change Outfit.

  You see on the bottom where it says '4 additional outfits'? Click the 'Create' button to create up to four additional outfits/activate those slots.
