STF Leaver Penalty & Chat issue

On the Advanced Infected: Manus the mission failed. It gives the reward of 5 or 10 marks, but no pop up to leave the STF appears.
If you leave by yourself you get the STF leaver Penalty applied to that character.
This causes Bug #2
Apparently when you get placed on the leaver penalty, you can not see chats Zone or special chats.
The chat ban does not seem to always get turned off after the penalty is over, and as a result the user can not see anything but friends, team and fleet chats. Everything else is ignored

It's the 1-hr lockouts that's part of the reason they are popular for trolls.
Seriously devs, you can't smack in such a devastating general 1 hour ban when you leave bugs like this all over the place. Fix your **** before you go around penalizing the living hell out of your players for absolutely nothing.
I've just been playing an Advanced ground Borg queue, Manus or Khitomer I think, and my toon is equipped for Elite runs. I had a team full of very weak players and couldn't carry them alone, so the mission failed, no leave map pop-up and then I get the 1h ban hammer.
To add to the bug list here, all Borg Queues except for Disconnected disappeared from my PvE list + the STF leaver penalty preventing me from joining anything anyway.
Seriously devs, can't you ever stop implementing player bashing functions that bash the undeserving because you don't care for fixing issues? This wasn't on the Tribble server, it's on the effin' main server! This bug is really ridiculous and as a developer I'd be seriously ashamed to have something like this in the official release!
This is the kind of gamebreaking bug you have to get fixed within like 2 days of it getting reported, and this thread is already over a week old.
