and I feel like I've been screwed over and won't be treated with respect with this matter. Heck its a simple click of the game and I'm dealt with.
so really I just wanted to buy some stuff in the game today. Now I really honesty want to rage uninstall and play World of ********.
a non free to play...
that isn't Star Trek...
a game I gave up for Star Trek...
when Star Trek Online first came out ..I bought it that day.
now this. And then I see the customer service get ripped on by people in my fleet , one of the biggest fleets in STO.
So like I said ...I'll probably end up getting screwed over ...My money will probably disappear ...through either THIS game ..or my bank..OR PWE
its just how my life is ...
WORD OF ADVICE ..have a page ...that says 'If you're in this country and want to spend this much , this is how much you will have to have in your account '
Worst experience with Star Trek ever...honestly...and the customer service afterwards ...I honestly just felt like I was 'Meh'd' away ...with a typical response.
so ..ya ...whatever folks ...was told developers read this and told to post stuff here or whatever ...I dunno...
THIS whole thing has taken a DIE HARD TREKKIE ...and almost made me just wanna go take a look at the STAR WARS prequels for enjoyment ..or heck the Star Wars MMO...
I think it would be helpful if you described exactly what the problem is, without all that emotional stuff. I read through your post twice and I'm not sure if you're saying the game took your money and the ZEN never appeared, or you couldn't actually go through with the purchase.
Just FYI I had problems trying to purchase ZEN last night and received a reply to my trouble ticket today, saying there had been some issues with the payment system but they should be resolved now.
Lastly (and this is just my opinion), WoW itself was a fun game when it was fresh and new, but the community is toxic and end-game raiding is populated with people who are entirely too serious for a game that features cartoon pandas. IMO most of the players are not having fun.
who told you to post here? We can't help you with account/money type issues. I mean, if you want to give me your credit card number I can "see if it works" or something :P
Every time I have wanted to buy zen, it has worked fine. ONCE it locked my stuff as acct bound when their artificial stupidity for account fraud decided to act extra dumb but that cleared up pretty fast. Much as I hate them I used paypal and it did work. Might be run by idiots who want to tell you what you can and cannot buy with your money (legal stuff, nothing illegal) but it does work.

or WOW...
and WOW sucked up ALL my money before ...
Wow, where to start? Too bad I happened upon this emotional QQ. You are not the first or the last person to feel screwed over by cryptic in some way. The customer service representatives follow a handbook of predetermined responses just like they do with microsoft customer service. They most likely know nothing of the game mechanics or have ever played the game before. A lot of the items we mention in our tickets are just techno babble to them.
If you got STO at launch then you will remember how awful the game looked and performed. After PWE took over, fleet starbases came out very quickly as did more content then all the content combined and released by Atari. The game now is practically a different game then it was at launch. Be appreciative that progress has actually been made.
You seem to be over reacting to me. I don't know how much money you spent on this incident. If it's $100 I can kinda understand your frustration. When I gripe and moan is when I hit the $500 purchasing cap per 48 hours. It really throws a monkey wrench in my in game business projects.
The only time I've over reacted on this game in a long time, is the intrepid interiors. People are willing to pay top dollar for them, I'm willing to pay $100 per interior, but they just won't put them on the store. I supported this game since beta, bought a LTS, and could buy a barely used 2014 Chrysler 200 Limited with 18" alloy rims, sunroof, V6 engine, leather heated seats, touch screen, remote ignition, etc., you get the point. I've spent a lot! And they deny me the intrepid bridges that we've been waiting for since season 1. That is something to complain about. And trust me, people are complaining.
You need to quit your whining or take it back to wow where all the other immature people are. This IS a star trek game, it has good content, it just has a problem with the company's methods of making money, and what bugs still need fixing. If you have a question or need assistance via the forums you will do it in a mature and non-ranting way, and we will be happy to try and answer any question you might have.
"Being a troll myself, I classify this malcontent as a Type-2 Oblivious Troll. My reasons for coming to this conclusion are: The annoying colored text he deploys, the contradictory threads he creates, the excessive whining and foot stamping, the amusement factor of his threads, and the apparent lack of realization that he is in fact a troll, like me, and is not the heart broken, victimized, player, he sees himself as."
