Missing Reputation Project

The Omega Reputation project Elite Special Task Force Completion (the one where you trade in the BNPs for dilth) is missing form 5 of my 8 characters, its completely gone form the list. I did submit a ticket for this but I can't get the game to acknowledge that said ticket exists so I'm putting it here to.

    I was having this problem as well... until I figured out that I needed to earn the "First Steps of the Elite" accolade first.
