Your offer has the following problems.
1) The price. I am not going to fork over 400 million energy credits. You may judge a base to have this value. But you are forgetting that you earned a lot of fleet marks from it, which the buyer cannot earn. This seriously impacts the value. Besides, all the materials you put in so far.... I refuse to believe that is worth 400 million. SHow me the maths, and I still refuse to believe it.
2) You are not showing the currently runnin projects. What if every project running is a 200k dilithium project? Everywhere? I doubt this to be the case, but you better show completely empty holding projects. It just helps a lot.
3) You boosted your thread after 7 hours and 52 minutes. That is hardly gonna help you at all. Will only come over like a very greedy person. I doubt this to be the case, but you are sending that kind of message.
If there are no projects queued up at all, I will give 10 million EC for it. If there are some projects queued up that are not filled, then I will give 5 million EC for it.
The reason I would not pay more is because:
1-After the launch of DR, it has obviously become much harder to fill fleets.
2-Since it is now so much harder to get new recruits, it means that the higher Tier projects (which take more to fill) will require much more time and effort to fill. And with few players, that will take a long time. Especially with all the nerfs to rewards now.
3-More people are leaving the game each day. Therefore, it will most likely end up being a dead fleet after more never ending nerfs hit the game.
4-All of the fleet marks that could have been obtained before are now gone.
Basically, what you have done, at this point in the game, is offered a lot of work, for an extremely high price. With the current state of the game, a single individual can start working on a fresh fleet, and slowly gain more members that can help it grow, and see their progress form in the fleet.
Since there will be so few players in the fleet, it will mean that the projects will be much easier to fill, and to progress the fleet. And, all of those that are donating will have a lot of fleet credits as time goes by.
With your fleet, you will have one, maybe a couple more, players trying to fill much larger projects, just to get the fleet credits to buy anything. However, with the huge Dil sinks in the game now, it is extremely hard for a few players to fill those projects, and even fleets with a decent number of players still playing have seen a drop in members donating Dil.
Therefore, the price of 400 million EC is waaaaay too high. In fact, the 10 million EC offer I made is steep, and I am considering reevaluating it soon.

- Has the fleet bank been fully unlocked?
Wow. Task Force Spectre used to be big Fleet. If you guys are closing, then that doesn't bode well for the game as a whole.
Not a member from Spectre, but if I got the picture correct, this was an alt fleet which was used to dump materials to earn fleet credits. I didnt get the picture of them closing down.
Star base sold thank you all who inquired about the star base. All the money will fund the prizes for this Saturdays fleet event and what is left over to future events.

I can't imagine paying anywhere near the 400 mil asking price, but I might do better than razar's offer.
