Unable to Transfer Zen from My Wallet to STO

Just what the title says, I have Zen showing up on the My Wallet page https://billing.perfectworld.com/mywallet but when I try to transfer it to STO it won't let me select a server, it says No Characters.... Zen not showing up in game, only showing up on the My Wallet page, and every single link I click to go to My Wallet to transfer my Zen to STO takes me to the same website https://billing.perfectworld.com/mywallet can anyone tell me why I can't get the Zen out of My Wallet, and into Game? I'm really getting frustrated at this.:mad:

    I got an email from them about that about 4 months ago. It said I had (I think) 30 days to transfer my zen out of the wallet or lose it. They were doing away with the wallet it said. Perhaps you missed the memo.

    I just got the Zen today, that's where it went, was into that My Wallet Website instead of going straight to STO.

    Glad to hear you didn't lose it. Anytime you need to buy zen there is really only one place for it now that is worth a damn. The official page!

    I was on this page https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ and I clicked on the link that said "Earn Zen", I did a few surveys, got the Zen and it put me back on this page https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ it shows the Zen in under the HISTORY button, but it's not in game, I clicked on "Where's my Zen", it showed it in the History, and while still on https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ I clicked on the "Already have ZEN? Go to My Wallet" link right above "where's my zen" link.... and that's when it took me to the old page and there is my Zen just sitting there, now how do I get it into STO?

    OMG someone actually got zen out of the peanut labs TRIBBLE? :eek:

    Well I think this may be a first, not sure how to help you get it into game though. I will be surprised if you ever get to spend it, or earn any more that way.

    what don't make sense is that while on this page https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ if I click on PURCHASE HISTORY, it shows the exact amount of Zen from the surveys, and says Process Complete/Successful. But instead of being in game where I want it, it's in that damn old MyWallet TRIBBLE and I have no idea how to get it out, since there is no server listed in the Select Server drop box. I mean if they are not going to use it, they need to remove the link that sends you to it from here https://billing.arcgames.com/en/. I got the surveys and the wallet page by clicking on links found on the new page https://billing.arcgames.com/en/. :confused:

    I'm also having the same problem of not being able to transfer zen.

    I earned 135 zen today doing a few peanut labs surveys as i always do to get zen and when i try to transfer it to sto it says that there's an error transfering the zen try again. this is the first time that i've had this problem since i started using the earn zen offers once the game went f2p.

    Any help to resolve this would be appreciated, thank you.




    Edit: problem seems to have been fixed, now able to transfer zen to the game.

    Confirmed bought some earlier and i cant transfer it over even though i picked Holodeck as the server when i bought it shoved the zen to my wallet now i cant transfer it over.:mad:

    Yep. Same issue here. I have 160 ZEN sitting in the old My Wallet, and I can't transfer it; it says I have no characters in STO. XD

    EDIT: Never mind; it works.

    Again with the wallet. Buy your zen through arc itself, NOT PWE.

    After a few emails from a very nice rep back and forth and a couple screenshots later, I was informed that there is an issues with transferring Zen from the PWE Wallet, and that the PWE Techs are working on a resolution. The site still works and is intended to according to the emails, however there is an issue with it they hope to get fixed soon. Was told they would inform me when it was resolved, my Zen would still be there. :)
