First-Time Buyer Reward Yellowstone not customizable

Trying to customize the Yellowstone you get with the First Time Rewards package, and it says you have to buy the Yellowstone before you can finalize the customization. The 'buy' button says 'Free,' so I click it. It says, 'You already own that item,' and won't go any further.

Upshot is, the Yellowstone can't be customized.
Am I alone in having this issue, or is anyone else seeing it?

    Exit game completely. Restart it.

    Fixed? That previously did it for me on another ship.

    Sadly, that didn't work for me.

    Tried it a couple of times now, tried waiting a while - still the same.

    Same issue here, the free Yellowstone can be customized, but it's impossible to save the customization, because clicking the "free" button to verify that you own it doesn't work, and as such you can't accept the customization for the ship.

    It's a bit unfortunate, and a fix or work-around would be most welcome.

    As for Nccmark's suggestion, I've quit and restarted the game a fair few times since I received it, that hasn't fixed the issue.

    Hey gang,
    You should be able to "unlock" the customization options by discharging your Yellowstone/To'duj fighter if you are KDF, and reclaim the ship from the CStore Ships tab, which will then unlock the tailor options.
