Please only report bugs or problems here so we can keep the thread focused on Fixes, not on opinions of why individual users are unhappy with the system. My two oldest Characters are unable to train boffs, except for low level powers. Also they cannot train any boffs in specializations what so ever. So currently unable to test out command specialization on them.
My Fed Sci and Rom Tac, both "newer" characters have no issues at all training skills space or ground.
Kobali command boff keeps resetting ground skills to engineering ones when changing instances. I have to keep changing them back to command ones even after she has been trained and learned them already.

Just trained my officers with new abilities...it works OK!
BUT, when the officer is trained...DEFAULT TRIBBLE ABILITIES can't be changed...they are fixed on the last learned abilities!
Even though I've changed DEFAULTs to be to my preference...on the BRIDGE CREW command HUD, only the last learned abilities are listed!

I was told the update did as intended so I made a few scam reports and even a ic3 report this is the the 4th time left fealing like sto has no sales and perchase respect and this all to fast act of denying sales care referring to eula I have taken care of this mess my self other games with the same eula can be kind and take care of raw investment issues why does sto make it into a scam everyone who pays agreement
Ok I figured out that for some of the abilities/skills that I trained my bridge officers in when I made Vice Admiral and had enough points to "Respec" them are there along with the original ones that came with the officer and it is a fairly simple matter to re-select the newer ones but for several different officers on 4 different Captain's, some of the ones I retrained them in are not available to be selected unless I retrain my officers in those skills again and that is "unacceptable", further all of the bridge officer abilities/skills are disappearing from their Stations and/or resetting to the default skills/abilities almost "every time" you beam to and from your ship and/or change maps/go into missions and that is not only unacceptable but has been an off/on "Bug" for over a year now, come on DEV's, lets not make the game harder for people to play than it should be!!!!!
My Dyson has lost Commander level Boff abilities on both Tactical and Science modes. All that appears are 2 Black boxes instead of where the ability should be.
The Boff Cmdr abilities are fine on my Daeinos and show no other ill symptoms so far.
Some maybe helpful info..
- Dyson was bought before lifetime subscription. Daeinos acquired obviously after.
- I keep finding secondary deflectors (3 so far) in my inventory and have no clue how I obtained them. They just seem to appear there
- Requisitioning a new Dyson has the same effect so it appears to be specific to that ship model.
- These are BOFF's that have been trained with training manuals. Have not tried BOFFs that did not train yet, will do so an update later on.
My Kobali command/engineer from the anniversary mission can be trained in any skill but the default skill can't be changed on the skills tab and the active skill on the stations->change abilities ticked tab does not function for this boff.

There is a slight problem, the Commander level skills are not selectable for either Tac or Sci. Only the original skill that the BOFF had, is playable/selectable.
Ive found a purely cosmetic bug that id like to be fixed, im not sure about anyone else or other boff, but the Kobali BOFF earned from dust to dust used the Klingon transporter beam thingy-ma-jig instead of the Federation one, i can understand my Orion BOFF using Klingon, or my Romulan BOFF using Romulan, but im not sure the Kobali BOFF should be doing this

There's a bug with the Space Command BOFF skill "Subspace Interception", Instead of having an individual "per person" cooldown, while the skill itself has a 5 second cooldown, it instead on use triggers a global 2 min cooldown on itself, thus only being usable on one person or object at a time every 2 mins. (unlike the ground version, Timely Intervention which works normally with it's cooldown)

My kobali just disapeared from my bridge officers list on one of my characters.
I let one go to claim it in the Dust to Dust mission. When I went to play that character it was gone. I ran the mission again to reclaim it and can't because I had already had the first time.
I have encountered an issue with the command boff power reroute life support I when used with an emergency force fields console
I tried using a very rare MK XI Engineering - Emergency Force Fields which has a +37.5 Able Crewman and +37.5 Alive crewman. the command boff power reroute life support I has a negative side effect of -37.5 crewman. when the power is used in conjunction with the console, instead of crew death being slowed down or even stopped, it doubles the crew death rate. in contrast, brace for impact III which has a +166 able crewman on it, is able to stop the death rate completely when used with reroute life support I

Concentrate Firepower (tested with II) does not trigger off of Romulan Hyper-Plasma Torpedo. I made sure to be alone when striking my target. Did not even summon fighter pets.
Tested also with Omega Torp and Gravimetric Torp ... those work fine. But no matter how often I volleyed at my target with the Hyper Plasma torpedo, they never became heavy torps like they did with Concentrate Firepower II prior to this patch.
boffs from lobi store like the xindi are now bound to toon. even if they have not been unboxed. dont belive me check mine out the BOX is stuck in candidate rooster. cant xfer to other toons cant place on exchange. and they are unique so i cant open it for my own use.

Also, does CF grant only one charge per X seconds *period*, or is it supposed to grant one charge per X seconds per eligible person that fires and hits with a torp?

Have not tested if it is the same for space.
A test server is supposed to be used to properly test patches before patching anything....

that's strange. I have just about changed all of my space zombie boff's space skills.
