It's probably because you haven't been logging in for a long time. The stipend might only be applicable for a certain period of login, if you stop, the stipend doesn't deposit in your absence, which is bull if that's true.

This isn't true. I've been a lifetime sub since preorder, and have taken several lengthy breaks. Every time i come back, there's a mountain of Zen waiting for me to catch up.
I've found that if I don't login for a couple of months the stipend isn't given.
No info is given about if restrictions like this exist so it would be good if someone official gave some and maybe added some fine print to that effect on the LTS page.
Yea, funny story..... when I click on anything labeled "Support" is times out no matter what browser I use.
Then if it doesn't time out, it tries to send me to a PWE login page that swears I don't have cookies enabled. When I have it set to accept all cookies.
This is a common "bug". Common for a criminal company who commits fraud on its customers...
If they do it to me I will be contacting the California Attorney Generals Office and filing a Criminal Complaint...
You sure no one's logged into your account? could be someone else has been using your stipend... we have folks on these forums say they've been gone for a year or 2 with lifetime subs and come back with thousands of zen waiting for em...
1st impulse would be to blame pwe but make sure no one else has had access to your account.
I haven't played in many months, but got the itch again.
I patched up and logged in to check things out.
I have like... 75 Zen.
What gives? Did they stop paying out 500 Zen a month, like.... 18 months ago or something?
Same thing happened to me when I came back from my hiatus. I had to send a trouble ticket explaining what's going on, and without going into details, it took a few days and a few back and forth messages before it was taken care of, but it was taken care of.
Keep your trouble ticket simple and limited to only the relevant facts of your case. You can go into detail if there is a misunderstanding and you need to clarify your initial report.
I think it might stop at 10k, Because that's where my character was at last time I checked Champions Online.
Finally decided to make a sig.
I see allot of them with a character, and ship.
though I'm not sure which ship to put on there...
I'll think about it. This will do for now.

there was a change in account a while ago.
you had to transfer-link your account to perfect world system from the previous one that I've already forgotten.
So if you haven't done it, then it may be the reason you didn't received your monthly zen.

They still hand out stipends...probably get you nowhere, but a support ticket may in in order.
Possibly a bug. Or perhaps account compromised?
I've given up on ever seeing them.... They just deleted my tickets.
Who knows, maybe it will pan out.
Thanks!

Any other ideas of how to contact support?

No one has the info and the login I use is unique to this game only.
I checked my in-game Email and the last one I sent to myself was 18 months ago, lol
So I should have in the area of 10000 Zen stored up.
Just a bit frustrating that I can't even load the support page, just times out.
I did send an Email to them and I submitted a ticket in game for what that's worth.
For those that can't access the support page (it seems to crash on IE but not firefox or chrome), here's the link
https://support.arcgames.com/app/support_center
You should be able to launch a ticket from there.
I will update and let you know that I did get all my Zen back after a couple days of EMails back and forth.
I've been happily playing along again.
See you in game!
Thanks for the heads up. Did you have to provide any proof of missing Zen or anything of the like?

It seems like I only get 400 Zen a month.
