Disconnecting like crazy since patch 2/12

I have a very stable system that I use. I usually don't dc when everyone else does but since loading in after today's patch I'm dc'ing like crazy. Pretty much every time I zone and then at random when in zone or EVEN when I'm on the character selection page.
I rebooted my PC & my network twice, I can do ANYTHING else on the internet I want to do. I checked my speed. 28 ms for ping 13.1mbps down 2.6mbps up.
Everything else checks out but I can't stay connected to the game today for more than 2 minutes.
Checked with others when I was connected for the 2 minutes and others are indeed having the same issue.
HELP! I want my command ships but can't stay connected long enough to get them.

Once again an unstable patch from the devs who cant be arsed to fix anything properly
