Intel Boff training problem

Hi,
My Intel Engineering BOFF won't accept training of standard Engineering abilites. Included is a link to an image, hint: look at the ability header on my ENGINEER. Thank you for your attention and your prompt action to resolve depicted mess.

Edit: In the event the internet fails ... my ENGINEERING boff has a header of SCIENCE abilities.

    Having the same issue here with the Intel Tactical boff from the Delta pack. I can train them in intel skills, but space Tactical books won't work.

    I'm a Fed captain, I bought the training manuals from the vendor and the Learn button was illuminated. It just doesn't work.

    ah - I have the same problem with Romulan Intel sci BOffs

    Promoted them to top rank
    tried to train science skills - not possible
    I didn't try intel abilities

    I also got an Intel science Hierachy BOff that I can train normally. Just the ones from the Delta packs are bugged.
    Note: I have 14 toons, got the Delta pack and most Intel BOffs I have tried to train so far do work as intended. But with 2 of my Romulan science BOffs I have that described problem.
    I have not trained ALL my BOffs yet, so there may be more bugged ones.
    18 characters
    KDF: 2 tacs, 2 engs, 3 scis
    KDF Roms: 3 tacs, 1 eng, 1 scis
    FED: 2 tacs, 1 eng, 2 scis
    TOS: 1 tac
    all on T5 rep (up to temporal)
    all have mastered Intel tree (and some more specs Points)
    highest DPS: 60.982

    I too am trying to train the Delta Intel BOffs in regular Engineering, Tactical and Science skills, and having no luck. I can buy the manuals and get the confirm button saying it'll cost X expertise, but it does nothing. This is on a Fed/Rom, haven't tried any other Captains as of yet.

    Same ere and my Intel boffs use their powers but won't fire any weapons this is a Intel issue only i swapped to normal ones and they work fine

    I just noticed that I'm NOT having training issues on any Intel boffs that I had already promoted and trained in tac/eng/sci skills prior to the 5th Anniversary update. I can still train them with tac/eng/sci or intel skillbooks just fine.
