Can't turn in Party Patrol mission to Q

Hi,

still got a Anniversary IV Party Patrol mission and did completed it and it tells me i should it turn in to Q - however he does not let me turn it in.
Any hints how todo so? Dropping isn't an option - would miss the Party Horn IV in this case. Seems buggy to me?

    It sounds like you are trying to turn it in remotely, using the event window ad. You have to turn it in by going to Earth Space Dock/Qo'nos, finding Q, and then turning it in.

    Is it that....or something else?

    No, i am standing in front of Q on Qo'nos - must be something else.

    Since nobody's supposed to have last year's mission anymore, this year's Q is probably not set up to respond to it.

    Just buy a party horn on the exchange if you want one.

    It was still possible to get the Dyson Destroyer from IV event this time, so my assumption was this should work too :-| too bad it does not.
