I've noticed on ground missions none of my Intelligence Boffs (obtained from the Delta Expansion pack) use their weapons and attack with them. I've tried different guns and melee weapons, with no change. They use their intel abilities but won't use anything else, so most of the time they stand there waiting for things to cooldown.
My 'regular' boffs use their guns just fine. So in a mixed party, my normal boffs use their weapons, as does my command boff, but not my intel guys.
Please merge if this question has already been brought up.
I've also noticed its just my guys with only Intel training. So the delta pack guys that came with just intel abilities and untrained 'general tactical/sci/engie' abilities not only can they not train in their non-intelligence abilities, they don't use their guns.
On the other hand, that hierarchy sci/intel guy that comes with skills in both 'out of the box' can train in either, AND he uses his gun. You go potato man!

Which apparently only affects boffs commissioned after the training changes went live. Could this "pacifist" issue be the same thing? I commissioned my intel boffs months ago.
