There was no warning that unique features such as the voyager interiors could be locked out permanantly by purchasing the wrong pack.(*i.e single ship instead of a pack)
As such I can not get access to new content. CS just state that i will never be able to have those interiors on my account.

This confirms that this is a design flaw that needs resolving.
1: Either allow pack purchase (fyi guys you can rake in more money)
or
2: Like other MMO's allow deletion of purchased items
Would have also helped if it actually told you about this limitation upfront too.
It must have been an oversight of this limitation that wasnt taken into account when they included a unique item with only the pack and not the individual.
I also dislike items being stuck in bundles only for purchase. All it takes is for the player to previously own something added to the bundle and that bundle - with all content found within - become unavailable for purchase.
Plainly, it's bad business.

The only option I have is to buy the Pathfinder, by itself.
When the other Intrepids were originally released, I bought those.
No option to buy the Intrepid bundle nor the Pathfinder + Interior.
On top of that, it now says that I didn't even buy the Intrepid retrofit... (which I had)
It is rather sad that I'm guessing a large part of the player base can not access the new interior.

its literally just a scroll down, it wasn't even on a different page, so um thanks for making this feel like a diferent issue/larger issue??
And no this hasn't been resolved nor do they effing care vets have had the shaft since the initial months after launch
