I had 300k of refined go missing 2 weeks ago, I've suspected missing dilithium in the past so I write it in a notebook every day. I sent in a ticket and the next time I logged in they had shifted 300k around from my other characters and put it into the ones that had the original discrepancy. I lol'd and just gave up. 37.5 days of farming and refining all gone. THANKS GUYS! Actually I DID send in other tickets but no response. It happens, don't let anyone tell you different.

Dont forget to change passwords, just in case if rest of dilithium suddenly decides to go.

Count me in ... i'm missing around 2400 Zen and 500.000 refined Dilithium since the last thursday patch and i'm not the only one, some others in my fleet and in our alliance fleets also report missing Dili and/or Zen.
Have you checked the exchange history? If there is a record of dil sales then it could by your account was compromised. I am not saying it is not a bug, but it is the first thing I would look at and mention in the post if there are no records there.

I noticed this a few weeks ago, at first I just thought it was me being forgetful then I spotted a hell of a lot of EC had gone and an unthinkable amount of purple materials/components. My account had been compromised.
I got in touch with the CS team and they were amazing, rolled back the account a few days and most of it was restored, maybe even all of it except some stuff that was in account bank.
As precaution, change your Arc/email/STO password (if different to Arc)
Also be sure to read any instructions they give you as I almost didn't get anything done because I missed the part where I had to "sign" a disclaimer for them to proceed.
