shield ground hp bug

The commando traits that add to shield hp do not work period.


Ticket to support (150117-002274) confirms this is a bug.

    Have to unequip and re-equip shield every time I enter another area for this to work. I see it has been reported in another thread back in late 2014, but still no fix.

    Confirmed, hope this doesn't just get tossed on the pile of "not new don't worry about it anymore" like everything else....

    stop, drop, and bug fix guys, churning out new broken on top of old broken isn't fun from this end.
