Having both reactive repair nanites and radiant nanite cloud with a hanger pet out and healing yourself, if the hanger pet it near you or the hanger pet itself makes the game lag. I think they overlap somehow and causes the radiant nanite cloud to proc infinity and when that happens anyone in the map instance will lag
I just had the same thing happening to me too which led me to this post. It's like a mini loop of 2 steps forward 1 step back until the procs expire which can take awhile.

Heal is Aux2Struc (though it did it with hazzard emitters too)
ship is a Multi-Mission Reconnaissance Explorer with the before listed ship traits plus reciprocity.
With no pets out I did not get this lag at all. With just my photonic pets I got a little bit but not a lot (only one was in that 3k range I think). Once I put more pets out (danube runabouts) it is as described.
