Accolade fix? (and omega rewards)

I have two things that have been annoying me. 1st, the reward for T5 Omega Force reputation is 9,000 dilithium. It is 32,000 dilithium for every other reputation. While I get that Omega Force has existed longer than the others--it still takes just as many days to grind out T5 reputation, even if you already have sufficient Omega Marks. Given that MAXIMUM reputation gain will be 3100 per day, it takes >32 days to achieve T5 rep: which means that a reward of 32,000 dilithium is actually less than 1,000 per day of grinding rep. Having that reward reduced to 9,000 actually brings it closer to 300 per day of grinding, which seems completely unfair.
Second, I have a suggestion for a future update--one which might help "fix" the numerous accolade problems that I've noticed. If every accolade currently "in-progress" has a "Reset" or "Drop" button, players then should be able to drop and reacquire the accolade & potentially "fix" glitches they are having. I am confident this will fix "Fought the Good Fight" as well as "New Crew X2 Fed" and "New Duty Officers x2"--all of which are currently broken on my primary toon (Level 60, created in March 2012). Allowing accolades to function in a way similar to missions/assignments will likely help fix many issues (at least temporarily), and can also serve to better highlight which accolades will STILL not work after being dropped and reacquired.

I've done an ingame bug report of these and now I'm adding it on this thread, because it was mentioned here and because of your forum policies I'm currently not even allowed to open a bug report thread. (not the best solution either)
Funny, I try to create a support ticket via support on top of this page and I am even not allowed to make one. Caused by being asked to make selections that are not even available for me. - another less than perfect solution
