Items missing from loadout

I logged off after playing a couple of STFs. I only have one loadout on my Scimitar dreadnaught warbird.

When I had logged back into game, the items were not only removed off my ship, but they were no where in my invintory! In addition, when I left the game, I was at dyson Sphere command. When I logged back in, I was on ESD for some strange reason.


I was logged into Maeva.
I then opened the status window.
I discovered the missing items.

Edit, I logged onto another character who was on ESD earlier, and logged back into that character, and all the items slotted on that character's starship went missing too, so it is account wide.
