I have a Sarr Theln who's Carrier pets that are causing Rubberbanding / Disconnects.
In space zones/combat when I launch them after a short time I start to experience heavy rubber banding/ network lagging and eventual disconnects.
If I don't launch the carrier pets and change nothing else, everything works and runs fine.
This has ONLY happened with these pets launched. It has happened in combat or not in combat but hitting off a bunch of my abilities.
I suspect a skill is bugged or an interaction between one of my other space abilities and the pets.
It is not related to my network or PC, as I've seen it on two different PCs and two different net connections.
EDIT: I initially Had thought it was related to Elite Plesh Brek Raiders in particular but have just seen it with other pets.

Eureka after much testing...
The T6 Starship Traits "Radiant Nanite Cloud" (Dauntless) and "Reactive Repair Nanites" (Sarr Theln) are interacting with each other in such way that when both are equipped and I heal myself in my Sarr Theln with Hazard Emitters (and thus my nearby carrier pets get multi healed) the game starts rubberbanding and most of the time disconnects...
The T6 Starship Traits "Radiant Nanite Cloud" (Dauntless) and "Reactive Repair Nanites" (Sarr Theln) are interacting with each other in such way that when both are equipped and I heal myself in my Sarr Theln with Hazard Emitters (and thus my nearby carrier pets get multi healed) the game starts rubberbanding and most of the time disconnects...
It also happens in my JemHadar Carrier, Pets + "Radiant Nanite Cloud" + "Reactive Repair Nanites" + Hazard Emitters
EDIT: Also Happens with Aux Power to Structural Integrity field and said T6 abilities.
Ship type and pets do not matter, additional traits or heal source do not matter. Either trait by itself works ok, but combining Radiant Nanite with Reactive Repairs causes the issue without fail.
Have tested the above on Phantom, Eclipse, Scryer, Dauntless, Sarr Theln, Fleet Adv Escort.
Tho adding a dozen carrier pets to the "friendly heal pool" certainly makes the game lock up worse. Have read other's reporting that friends/team affected by the lag spikes. While on NON-carrier ships today I began to experience the lag, asked fleet members in team (in azure nebula for example) if anyone else was seeing huge lag spikes just then, I DID have an ally in heal range, no one claimed to be affected by my lag.
Believe I have seen this occur in Crystaline runs via other player's builds. At the time I was hearing people complaining about CCA being a problem.

So, Until confirmed and fixed... and I assume this will take awhile:
use EITHER (a) Radiant Nanite, or (b) Reactive Repairs, but not both.
Defiantly this is a Serious bug, but one that needs to be focused up the chain.
