Game audio not playing with USB headset.

I'm trying to use my Razer Kraken 7.1 Headset with STO, but when I plug it in, no sound is output, even when it's listed as the audio output device. It works normally, just not in STO. and my Laptop's speakers work perfectly fine with the game, just not my headset. I searched around and only found people with the opposite issue where they could only get sound WITH headphones plugged in.

    I've tried reinstalling the game, no effect. STO will only work with my Earbuds and my Laptop's audio. Shame

    Sometimes, with a new audio device installed, the computer will maintain different settings for each device, and for each program. With your headset plugged in, tab out of the game, right click on the volume control icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen, and open the volume mixer, check the volume for STO, and for "applications" on the sliders.
