PvP scoreboard

Dear STO - I play Star Trek online only for the PvP. I have another character (federation) with no issues - however with this character (romulan reman), - whenever I play PvP space battles - my score NEVER shows up on the game scoreboard at the end. This isn't just occasionally its every time so it is some kind of bug causing it.
This may not seem like a big issue to you but to me its everything because showing my score in PvP is important to me. Can you please let me know the problem and if possible resolve it? Many thanks,

    It's tied into the mixed teams, no? Is the Reman KDF aligned? Cause I noticed that at times that the mixed teams were not showing everybody. Though, it could be something entirely different going on there, eh?

    This problem happens with every single KDF or KDF aligned toon into the game. They simply don't appear in the scoreboard of capture and hold and arena.
    Cryptic, pls fix this!

    Just to add to this.. its not just capture and hold i am getting the error, its every single arena. Also.. gettin rly annoyin now im up to level 59, and i have put a great deal of time and effort into building and setting up my ship for PvP. Just had a game for example where i scored 24 kill, 1 loss showin as my personal score and it doesnt come up on the scoreboard at the end. So basically i carried the game.. and someone else gets all the credit ><

    Just to confirm - this is happening every single pvp game for me since i made the character and started pvping from level 10 (not just certain situations) - so maybe a reman/romulan/kdf aligned problem..?

    Cryptic - i know people prbly say this about 'every bug'.. but surely this must be a REALLY simple fix..? (just needs kdf/romulan adding to a database or something to include them in the pvp scores..?). ..Please fix, thanx again..
