Upgraded weapons still not working.

  I'm experiencing a similar issue in that I get two passive buff icons when my Type 2 is equipped. I'm hoping they correct this bug soon. This is my favorite weapon in game and have it equipped on all my Federation characters.

  I've posted about this several times, but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. I never get an official reply.

  My repeater pistol is still broken as well as of last night.
  
  Someone mentioned that a CSR fixed the primary mode but my experience is that CSRs say to post here and then we are just told they cant reproduce it and there is "something we aren't telling them".
  
  From my other thread all of is amateur sleuths came to the conclusion that it might be related to when you when you did the upgrade. After patch A but before patch B.
  
  BUT yes, I have spent 1000s of dilitium on my weapon, it was a dilith store item and then 1000s more upgrading..
  
  My expectation is that someone actually helps us rather than ignoring the issue or sending us in loop of csr/forum/bug reports,

  I actually have a version of my gun that works on Tribble....
  
  Would love if a CSR would grab that gun replace the broken one with it.
  
  I'd gladly eat the lost upgrade costs just to have one that works
