Mail messages vanishing.

Since the delta expansion I've trying to receive two messages with itens on it (donations from friends) and today I've sent 5 master keys to my other toon (same acc) and I've received NOTHING. The 5 itens were removed from my inventory but the message is gone, the itens are gone (the PAID masterkeys are gone aswell) to nowhere... someone experiencing the same issue? How do i retrieve my itens? :S

    I have lost mail as well, not much, no items, just saying that I've observed it as well

    Anyone with the same issue? Please test, send a message to yourself and check if it reaches you back on mail system.

    I had a similar issue mailing doffs to one of my other toons. My mailbox was full but it either didn't tell me or I missed it. Mailbox size is allegedly shared across your whole account so if you have a bunch of "sold on exchange" notifications and old empty item transfer emails start dumping them off of all your characters.

    In my case I got all of the doffs that I sent to myself immediately after I cleared out my mailbox.

    There is also apparently a limit to attached items but in those cases it wouldn't let me even send the item.

    the mail cap is 20 mails with attachments, if you go over that it may be in your mailbox but "out of view", try clearing some of your other mail and see if it doesn't filter in

    I had the same problem, i sent over doffs from my second account to primary account. i did like 10 message all filled up with doffs and never could retrieve those doffs. the mail keeps flashing green,but i did clean out all the old messages on all my toons. for a few seconds i can see my sent over doffs, but still cant get it them out because the message would not appear long enough.

    I sent a very decent item to a fleetmate. It never arrived.

    I can not send any mail to my own account, whether they contain items or not.
    I have not yet tried sending anything to other players, but I suspect that will not work either.

    In any case, it is very annoying, and I would appreciate it if the mail system could be fixed without delay.
