I mostly play the battle zones I do a round of the kobali and the dyson and then go to the undine space battlezone. I leave out Borg (defara) I find that one annoying for some reason but i play it off and on and then once and awhile I hit up Nakura.
While I am down there I q up one pve q usually its the bug hunt these days and sometimes one other later on but I only really do them sparingly. I tend to do them for fleet marks
I never touch patrols I find them horribly borring. And at night before I log out I q up some doff missions.
but for the most part my main content is the open zones where I can run around I prefer those.
Had not been there for a while and although it is was not as swamped with players as it was in its prime i was surprised it was still quite busy.
Nukara is a nice change of pace with decent rewards in dilithium, XP and skill.
With the new cryo modules on the horizon visiting Spider Prime may become part of the daily routine for me.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Sometimes, I log in because I want to play, then I remember why I'm not playing, see nobody is making group in PESTF, and leave.
I still have a lvl58 character, and another that haven't done the DR arc at all. But yeah, I'm bored to do patrols.
