  Had exactly the same thing last night. 3k through Steam, no bonus.

  I actually considered taking advantage of the bonus. My bank will only deal with steam in my state. Now that I see there is an issue I will forget about it. Thank you for the post.

  Same here.
  Bought 5k with steam wallet and got 5000 zen.
  
  Note yesterday (bonus zen event was already active for a few hours according to the startrekonline.com news) the ingame store didnt show the bonus zen before i bought.
  If i now click buy zen it shows the bonus zen i should get.
  
  So cryptic? Will i get my bonus zen i paid for or not?
  Im happy with both.. either 750 zen more or i never have to spend money on sto again, both good.

  I was able to get my 750 extra.......but it was flagged as a fraudulent transaction... AGAIN!!! and I wonder since I am a LTS...does my 500 zen a month, getting mixed in with the zen I buy, through steam, put on probation as well???

  Its showing the bonus zen now when you go to buy it, but yesterday it should have been active at the stated time. Is there going to be a way to get that bonus zen we should have been able to get if we bought zen yesterday after 9AM?

  The Billing People are pretty awesome at getting people what they deserve in situations regarding sales.
  
  In my Experience as someone who bought a Lifetime Subscription and then found out they announced the 100$ off sale an hour later, by contacting these guys I got my 100 Dollars Back. I have had good experience when contacting the Support team with the Zen Sales as it's happened to me before, except my issue was that steam and Paypal weren't talking to cryptic correctly

  If this was my company, I would award the poor people who didnt get their bonus, DOUBLE the BONUS for the HASSEL.
  
  It's not a BIG deal, but people dont want to run around, writing tickets when they buy promo'd Zen because they never recieved their bounus. That's just an annoying HASSEL.
  
  A purchase should be easy, no hassels. Wham bam thank you ma'am.

  I downloaded steam just to use it to get the bonus. However for the life of me I cant figure out how to buy zen using steam. Everyone keeps telling me to launch STO using Steam and it should give me the ability to purchase using steam wallet, but that doesnt happen. It keeps taking me to the Arc charge page where there is no Steam option. I guess i will just see what games that steam will let me buy with my 40 bucks so it wont be a total waste since I cant seem to use it here.
