Would like a response from Cryptic on tray/loadout issue!!

Would really like a response on the tray/loadout issue. This is ridiculous. You have had the entire time the content was on Tribble plus more than a month since release.
An update of where it stands is all I am asking. The worst thing to ever do is be silent when there is a problem. It's the silence that makes me think your company is either clueless about it's own code or that you just don't care. If the update is all nerdy about the code and where the problem is stemming from that would awesome. I won't understand it but at least I would know you are actually working on the problem. The only indication I have seen so far was the note in an update that said it was fixed which was obviously not the case in any way shape or form.
This one issue is causing a lot of grief for players and it seems you are more concerned about getting Club 47 up and running and adding cats then taking care of it.
Talk to us Cryptic!!!! Simple, honest communication would bring down the frustration level for many of your players.

They did, they're investigating the issue, there's a thread down on page 2 about it. We just haven't gotten a reply on it.
Yeah, as much as I would like a solution, if they haven't been able to locate the cause, all they'll be able to report is "We're working on it." Hardly helpful to anyone. Unless you want them to give you an exact step-by-step rundown of every single thing they've done, tried, said, or speculated in the process of pinpointing the cause. Equally unhelpful, as I would hazard a guess that 95% (or more) of the player base would have no clue what so ever what they're talking about, plus it would take away people from doing their jobs in trying to track down the bug.
Either way, players are going to rant and rage.
